Cozie is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information we collect and to being transparent about the ways in which we collect and process your information. This statement (the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth our policies and practices for handling the information we collect from or about you. It applies to the websites and online services that we operate and that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”).

Collection of Information

We collect only the minimum amount of information from you required to use the application:

• Sign-In information such as an email and password.
• Subscription information such as when you purchased, what platform the purchase originated from, and when your subscription expires. We do not store any credit card information.
• Information required to use the product such as your tasks and journal entries.

Storage of Information

Information is encrypted in transit to our servers as well as at rest in our database. Your information such as tasks and journal entries are encrypted by keys that we control, however we offer end-to-end encryption which allows the user to provide a password of their own so that their data can only be read with the provided password.

Use of Information

Sign-in information is only used to associate purchases and your product data (tasks, journal entries, etc) to your account. This information must be stored in order for us to provide your data to you between your devices.

Disclosure of Information

We never sell or give access to your data to third parties unless required by law.

Third Party Vendors

We use the following third-party vendors to provide a better experience for you, and you may read their respective privacy policies here:

• Expo - used for push notifications, app updates, and app delivery.
• Revenuecat - used for in-app subscriptions and purchases.
• Sentry - used to detect crashes that occur, so we can be notified and fix them as soon as possible.
